Humans are not rational creatures.

We like to think our actions are led by logic…

But in reality, we are driven to action by our emotions.

So how does this relate to influencers?

Influencers recognize this fact and instead of selling products, they sell transformations.

Think about Kylie Jenner with her makeup brand.

She isn’t just selling makeup.

She is selling self esteem.

Think about Kanye West and Yeezy.

He isn’t just selling shoes.

He is selling status.

This is a crucial concept to understand and has helped me to sell thousands of dollars worth of digital products online.

People are buying the outcome your product or service gives them.

They don’t care about how they get there as long as they get to their end destination, no matter what that may be.

So how does this apply to you and your Instagram page?

Make sure to sell a transformational offer.

For example,

If you are in the health space, instead of selling an offer where you say “I will give you a meal plan, and a workout plan that you can follow.”

You could say “Lose up to 10lbs in 60 days without going to the gym”

That way there is a transformation attached, and there is something to spike the reader's curiosity.

“How can I lose that weight without going to the gym?” The reader will think.

Lots of people who want to lose weight strongly dislike going to the gym, so they will click and check out the offer.

So - when you are getting people to buy your product or service.

Make sure there is a transformation you are selling.

The offer must be positioned as a “NEED” not a “nice to have”.

Otherwise it will be almost impossible to scale.
