How to escape the brokie mentality
It’s harder than you think
Being broke is ok.
But being a brokie is not.
Everyone needs to break the brokie programming before they can get rich.
The first step to becoming rich is to actually believe that you can do it.
Most people will never reach the first step.
If you are reading this, you have already completed the first step.
Breaking out of the brokie programming can be tough because even if you are on your way to success and riches, other brokies around you will try to pull you down.
This could be friends, family and even society at large.
So how do you escape the brokie programming?
3 steps.
#1: Keep your plans private
What people don’t know they can’t ruin.
People like to see you doing well, but not better than them.
I recognized this in my own life when I started making good money online, a lot of relationships changed.
Some people wanted to learn. Some people were haters (brokies).
#2: Relationships are important
Find Someone who is interested in the same thing as you who wants to break out of the brokie programming as well.
This can be a friend, a member of your family, but for most people this will be found online.
It is important to have a support system to hold you accountable and to bounce ideas off of.
#3: Disregard outsiders’ opinions
A lot of the time I spent building my business was tough because people outside thought I was an idiot for doing things I was doing.
Skipping going out, investing in education (courses) and not going to university.
Only you know your vision.
If you let other people push you off your path.
You will never reach it.
One good thing about building in the current day is you can be a one-man team and don’t need other people to help you build your business.
